New University Campus morphology is being adjusted to articulate pedestrian communication between the old historic city center, new sports facility and the Mall. It also secures views towards the sea and the planned new church north to the campus.  

Along its edges the Campus corresponds with the neighboring residential zones.  

A cluster of planned school/faculty towers is organized by the symbolic connection to the old University building on the historic peninsula. By rotating their front planes they together form a spatial sequence/campus accent, as well as create views towards the peninsula: new development generator is linked to the Roman city as its historical predecessor.
