In addition to standard consulting (budget definition and control, construction supervision and technical assistance), we have a long record of creating feasibility models and diagrams which test site and future building potential.  These models take into account existing site conditions (location, topography, infrastructure) and existing plans with their urban parameters, in order to create and test possible organizational structures for the area, with appropriate development patterns.  Bloomberg School of Public Health in Baltimore is an earlier example of how tested different variants and phases for an already defined final development.  Later feasibility studies for different areas in Zagreb were commissioned by various clients in order to help them make a decision for the whole enterprise.

Another type of  consulting services is on establishing building and fit-out standards which help control the investment, as well as space character. We have done it for the Bloomberg School of Public Health in Baltimore and for two major office buildings in Zagreb: Eurotower Office Building and Avenue Center Office Building.
